Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Chocisky makes the products available to you the customer.

General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom and Europe and any disputes will be decided only by the Scottish courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Product Availability

If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will substitute with a similar product.

Product Prices

The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the website. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All UK prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be included on the final page.

Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you the customer and us at Chocisky unless and until the customer is charged and the goods dispatched. At any point up until dispatchment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Please e-mail info@chocisky.co.uk - to cancel.  Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Payment

You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.

You will be charged for your order prior to it being dispatched. If your order is dispatched in more than one delivery, payment for each product will be taken from your credit/debit card at that point prior to dispatched.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items together with VAT (if applicable) and the delivery charge (selected at your discretion).
